Description
SU-27 – The Sukhoi Su-27 is a twin-engine super-maneuverable fighter designed by Sukhoi from the Soviet Union. It is intended to be a direct competitor to America’s fourth-generation jumbo jet fighters. The Su-27 entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1985, and subsequent variants are capable of nearly all air combat operations. The Su-27 was developed into a family of aircraft; these included the Su-30, Su-33, the side-by-side Su-34 and the Su-35.
